We have another new stellar coffee

Our decaf Ethiopian Guji is a customer favorite (and mine too!) We just sold our last 12 oz bag, and it's a sad day when your favorite is out of stock (I think we might have a 4 oz bag or two...maybe.)

BUT don't worry! ... we are so so excited because we have something in that is A-MAZING!
The washed Ethiopia Organic Ardi Shantawene.

It's from Swiss Water's Small Batch Series, which is a program of limited offerings that features hyper seasonal, highly traceable, and really tasty coffees.

This special lot comes from the Shantawene mill which was established to specifically receive and process organic coffees from farmers either side of the Bombe Mountains in the Sidama Zone of Ethiopia. Shantawene mill, one of fifteen wet mills operated by exporter Daye Bensa, has become the central location for unique and separated processing experiments and drying strategies, giving more opportunities for producers in the area. Led by a well-organized team including agronomist Atkilt Dejene who cut her teeth with award winning Gesha Village, Shantawene mill is turning out outstanding quality coffees and we’re very excited to share this unique lot with you.

It's available on the site NOW!  We can't wait for you to try it.
