
This Small Batch Series offering comes from Ibrahim Hussein's Burka Gudina farm, a large privately owned coffee plantation in Limmu Kosa in the Jimma Zone of Ethiopia. Ethiopian coffee is known for its bright acidity, complex fruity and floral flavor notes. Beans that are natural processed as there are will be infused more heavily with fruity notes with chocolate undertones and a syrupy body.
