Although the smallest of the Latin American countries, El Salvador produces incredible, high-grade coffee beans.  This coffee comes from Finca Buenos Aires farm network and mill, which is located in the golden belt of Salvadoran coffee farming on Ilamatepec, the volcano of Santa Ana.  It is owned by Ricardo Kriete, a 4th generation coffee producer. 

Growing Altitude:  1200 - 1350 meters above sea level

Arabica Varietal: Orange Bourbon

Harvest Period: October - March

Milling Process: Washed

Aroma: Sweet cream, caramel

Body: Heavy

Acidity: Medium

Flavor: Dark chocolate, Hazelnut, Caramel
