Game Day BBQ Sauce
This Game Day BBQ sauce is perfect to use with chicken wings, drumsticks, or as a dip for fries or sweet potato fries.
Combine the following ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes until thickened.
1 cup brewed coffee
1 cup ketchup (we like Primal Kitchen brand)
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 Tablespoon soy sauce (we used coconut aminos instead for a soy-free version)
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper
Unforgettable espresso brownies a la mode
These brownies are sooooo good! Rich and chocolatey. The coffee enhances the chocolate and vise-versa. Trust us when we say – you gotta make these!

¼ teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons instant espresso (or equivalent finely ground decaf if you’re sensitive to caffeine.)
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Grease a square baking pan
- Melt butter, then stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla
- Add cocoa powder, flour, salt, and espresso powder
- Mix until smooth
- Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes or until test done with a toothpick
