I like a dark coffee and this Ozark blend decaf totally fits the bill since I gave up caffeine. I can't tell I'm drinking decaf except I don't have anxiety or caffeine jitters and I sleep so much better at night now.

Going through all the decaf selections - gave the rest to my daughter, who isn't limited to decaf.

Trying each coffee as both espresso (latte) and filter coffee. Learning that there are differences in how they respond to different brewing.

Hoping to winnow it down to one or two varieties to start a subscription.

Tried the new ( to me) Ozark Goodness whole decaf beans in 2 pound bag. Dark & rich. I don't miss caffeine at all! Might be my new fave

The first bag of coffee I ordered, I didn't know what to expect and I was blown away! I carefully selected the flavor that first month (Brazil Cerrado) based on what the flavor recommendations which were very helpful. Then I decided to try Roaster's Reserve and I'm glad I did. The coffee Talking Crow sent the next month (Costa Rica Tarrazu) is very good, but it's a bit dark for me. I prefer the Brazil Cerrado, but I'm also excited to try different flavors. At some point I will probably stick with one or two of my favorites and vary those.

While the Tarrazu isn't my favorite, it's good and overall I'm thrilled to have found Talking Crow as I only drink decaf. I'm drinking more coffee now than ever before because the flavor is really smooth and enjoyable.

I'm looking forward to my next shipment and finding some additional flavors to keep on a permanent rotation like the Cerrado.

The Oak barrel flavor is very pronounced. I am really enjoying the roast.

Of trying out several coffee options before buying a larger bag.

I've tried a dozen different brands, but TalkinCrow's Huila is by far the best. Thank you for changing the game!

We especially enjoy this after dinner. Sometimes I have it with something fruity, sometimes the coffee with the fruit/chocolate/caramel notes by itself is the perfect way to finish an evening. For a latte, it is especially delicious with the vanilla/honey/cinnamon syrup recipe that Talking Crow posted on Instagram around Valentine’s Day. So good!

This has a great level of flavor for a "special" cup that isn't overwhelming! I've tried another whiskey barrel aged coffee - which I really liked - that was MUCH stronger (read boozey) tasting than this. That strength makes it a bit overwhelming after the first cup.
I love that I can immediately tell there's something special in this coffee when I open the bag, but it doesn't smack me in the face and knock me over, ha!
This coffee has a terrific subtle note of that whiskey barrel without any of the headache!

I like Mountain Goodness a lot, but this one is perhaps even better in some ways, sort of apples and oranges. That's one thing I like about your company - offering us who prefer decaf many different coffees and tastes, all premium, to choose from.
