A tasty recipe for you from @mals_motivated

Coffee crusted almonds on an aqua plate

Coffee is not only absolutely terrific to drink, but it is a fabulous ingredient in recipes as well.  Our very talented baker friend, @Mals_Motivated (on Instagram) created this recipe for us using our coffee!  We couldn't wait to share it with you.  They are such a tasty snack.

Coffee Crusted Almonds

Heat oven to 350*F/177C

Combine ground Talking Crow Coffee Roasters coffee and brown sugar in a Vitamix or in a small coffee grinder and grind into fine powder consistency. In a small bowl beat egg white with a fork until frothy and then add in honey and vanilla and give it a good mix. Next add the almonds into the bowl with your wet ingredients. Mix for a couple minutes allows every almond to soak in the flavors. Then add your coffee sugar mixture and toss to coat almonds evenly. Scatter the coated almonds onto a baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes, then give them a gentle stir. Bake for another 8 minutes then remove from the oven and give them another stir before allowing them to cool down completely on sheet pan. (I broke them apart as they cooled so as to not have huge clumps. But you do you ✌🏻)

Once cooled toss with the powdered sugar and enjoy!

Tip: You might want to hide in secure place because they have a tendency to disappear at a fast rate.
