About this Subscription
ORIGIN STORYRoaster's Reserve rotates with sourcing and the seasons — which means you get access to whatever Eric and Carol are most excited about roasting right now, including limited micro lots and new arrivals before they're available to anyone else. Every coffee in the rotation is single-origin, specialty grade, and roasted in small batches in Springdale, Arkansas.
PROCESSING DETAILSVaries by rotation — perfect for someone who loves to try new things!
Decaf: Always Swiss Water Process (chemical-free, 99.9% caffeine-free)
Regular: Single-origin, varies by origin and season
FLAVOR PROFILERotates with each shipment. When you subscribe, tell us your preference:
— Rich, chocolatey, low-acid (Brazil, Colombia, Guatemala, Ozark Goodness)
— Bright, fruity, and complex (Ethiopia, Nicaragua, Costa Rica)
— Surprise me — send whatever Carol and Eric love most right now
WHY WE LOVE ITThis is how we'd want to drink coffee if we weren't the ones roasting it — someone we trust making the call, fresh coffee showing up on schedule, and a note explaining what's in the bag. We answer our own emails, so if you ever want to swap your preference or ask about what's coming next, just reach out.
