A decaf coffee roaster in the heart of Northwest Arkansas

We’re Talking Crow Coffee Roasters — a small, family-run roastery in Springdale, Arkansas, roasting specialty decaf for people who love coffee but not the caffeine.

It started at home (as these things do), with Carol and Eric, a fluid-bed roaster, and one stubborn idea: decaf didn’t have to taste like a compromise. Today we roast single-origin, Swiss Water Process decaf in small batches right here in Northwest Arkansas — and ship it fresh across the country.

Why decaf only? Because everyone deserves a great cup, whether or not caffeine works for their body. For some of our neighbors that’s about sleep, or anxiety, or a heart condition, or pregnancy. For others it’s just wanting an afternoon cup that won’t keep them up. Whatever the reason — coffee is for everyone, caffeine isn’t.

Every bag is roasted to order, so whether you’re around the corner in Fayetteville or across the country, your coffee reaches you fresh.
