Discover and document your coffee journey. With each coffee there is much to savor. Record and track the coffee's details like its origin, producer, varietals, processing method, roaster, roast date, and brew date. 

There is a small place for notes, a flavor wheel to mark your interpretation and findings, and a check box for the brew method you used. 

Each booklet is made with 100% recycled papers sourced from the Pacific Northwest. Interior pages are 100% post-consumer recycled content.  The inks used are US grown soy-based inks combined with a little bit of coffee!
