A traceable community blend from 64 small family farms in the municipality of Pitalito, in the Huila department of Colombia. Huila sits close to the equator with rich volcanic soil — conditions that reliably produce coffee with fruit and caramel notes, sweet acidity, and intense aroma. This lot is washed and processed with the care the region is known for.
