About this Subscription
ORIGIN STORYRoaster's Reserve rotates with sourcing and the seasons — which means you get access to whatever Eric and Carol are most excited about roasting right now, including limited micro lots and new arrivals before they're available to anyone else. Every coffee in the rotation is single-origin, specialty grade, and roasted in small batches in Springdale, Arkansas.

I loved the roasters reserve bag I received! It was the Costa Rica Tarrazu. Flavor was pleasant and beans were very freshly roasted. I love that this company exists as I love coffee but not caffeine!

The first bag of coffee I ordered, I didn't know what to expect and I was blown away! I carefully selected the flavor that first month (Brazil Cerrado) based on what the flavor recommendations which were very helpful. Then I decided to try Roaster's Reserve and I'm glad I did. The coffee Talking Crow sent the next month (Costa Rica Tarrazu) is very good, but it's a bit dark for me. I prefer the Brazil Cerrado, but I'm also excited to try different flavors. At some point I will probably stick with one or two of my favorites and vary those.
While the Tarrazu isn't my favorite, it's good and overall I'm thrilled to have found Talking Crow as I only drink decaf. I'm drinking more coffee now than ever before because the flavor is really smooth and enjoyable.
I'm looking forward to my next shipment and finding some additional flavors to keep on a permanent rotation like the Cerrado.

Fantastic decaf. You can taste the origin of the beans due to their excellent roasting process.

Talking Crow is the best decaf I've found by far. It has the best flavor and has no caffeine, unlike many other decaf options. I'm so happy to have found their coffee. The subscription plan is so convenient. I never have to worry about running out.
