What Defines This Coffee

ORIGIN STORY

A trifecta of South and Central American origins, each contributing something distinct. The natural-processed Brazilian base from the Varginha region (Minas Gerais) delivers rich chocolate and creamy body. The washed Guatemalan coffee from Huehuetenango brings bright, fruity sweetness and a sugar-browning quality — baker's chocolate, candied pecans, a hint of cinnamon. The washed El Salvador from the Apaneca region, produced by the Silva family at Beneficio San Victor, adds blueberry, brown sugar, and warmth.
