Common Questions

Swiss Water® Process decaf is 99.9% caffeine-free. A typical cup of decaf contains 2-5mg of caffeine compared to 95-200mg in regular coffee.
Yes. We roast for flavor, not caffeine. The quality of the bean and roast matters more than caffeine content. Our single-origin decafs taste incredible—full of flavor, zero compromise.

Customers praised this decaf for being "smooth, bold, rich" with "deep delicious chocolaty flavor" and low acidity. Many noted it's perfect for pour-overs, cappuccinos, and espresso. However, some found it "too mild" or wished it was "a bit stronger." Works well across brewing methods without bitterness.

Brazil- Still one of my Favorites

I've been a Roaster's Reserve subscriber for YEARS, trusting Eric and Carol to surprise me with new coffees each month. Along the way, I've kept notes on my favorites, and after revisiting it time and time again, the Decaf Brazil Cerrado is one of the very best.

I typically brew it as a pour-over and the aroma alone is incredible- rich and warm (is it hard to beat the smell of fresh coffee?). The flavor is exceptionally smooth with a depth and richness that's hard to find in a decaf. There's no bitterness, just a wonderfully balanced cup.

This is easily my favorite origin they offer and one I look forward to every time it comes around. I finished my last cup this morning, and while I'm excited to open my next bag, I'll be counting down the days until the Brazil Cerrado rotates back into my lineup.

Delicious with a side of Wow!

Love the flavor of this decaf. Smooth, Bold, Rich but doesn't bite back. My 1 of 2 go to decafs. Mostly I drink flat white expresso and this decaf comes with flavour not burnt taste.

I enjoyed this flavor but found it less robust than the Ozark Goodness coffee I use daily

I enjoyed this flavor but found it less robust than the Ozark Goodness coffee I use daily. I found it very pleasant, subtle, not bitter, just too mild for my taste.

Full body taste without the caffiene, WOW!

Very flavorful, edgy taste. I want to say taste of chicory, but thats me. Low acidity and very satisfiying.

Love the flavor notes

This has such a deep delicious chocolaty flavor. We even grind it for Moka pots for espresso. So delicious with a bite of something sweet. Having that very thing tonight by our first fire of the season!

BEST EVER!

We have tried a handful of different blends, which have all been great, but our favorite is the Brazil! It’s creamy, smooth, rich in flavor and not acidic. Whether you’re using an espresso machine, a pour over or a typical coffee maker, Brazil is sure to please!
