What Defines This Coffee

A single-serve steeping sachet using our Decaf Guatemala Alma — the same single-origin, Swiss Water Process coffee we carry as a full bag, now in a format that travels. No grinder, no brewer, no cleanup. Just add hot water and steep, or cold water overnight for cold brew.

Hot: Place sachet in mug. Add 8 oz hot water. Steep 4–5 minutes. Remove and enjoy.

Cold brew: Place sachet in a glass or jar. Add 8 oz cold water. Steep overnight in the fridge. Remove and drink over ice.

Sourced through our partners at Onyx, who have worked in the highlands of Huehuetenango for three generations. La Alma is a collaborative project combining coffees from multiple producers in Huehuetenango and Laguna de Ayarza — focused on 85+ point coffees with clean, bright, slightly fruited profiles. Coffee that tastes better because it's born from relationship.

Yes. We roast for flavor, not caffeine. The quality of the bean and roast matters more than caffeine content. Our single-origin decafs taste incredible—full of flavor, zero compromise.
