Crafted from the heart of Brazil's most revered coffee regions, our Brazilian Half-Caff  is a celebration of balance, flavor, and mindful roasting. This blend draws from two exceptional coffees — a naturally processed Swiss Water® decaf from the Da Terra region and a pulped natural, high-grown lot from 1,200 meters — creating a cup with half the caffeine and all the depth.

Sourced from Rain Forest Alliance–certified farms, this medium roast unveils a luscious, creamy body with delicate low-to-medium acidity. The decaf component, with its sun-dried mucilage, delivers mellow sweetness and a rich dark chocolate and almond profile, while its companion brings subtle notes of milk chocolate, raisin, and roasted peanuts, adding complexity and lift.

The aroma teases roasted almond and hazelnut butter, warming the senses before the first sip. With varietals like Caturra, Catuai, Mundo Novo, Topazio, and Acaia grown in Brazil’s unique seasonal climate — hot, rainy summers and cool, dry winters — every bean tells a story of heritage, harmony, and craft.

What Defines This Coffee

A thoughtfully crafted blend of two exceptional Brazilian coffees. The Swiss Water Process decaf component is a naturally processed lot from the Da Terra region — sun-dried with the mucilage still on, delivering mellow sweetness and rich dark chocolate. The caffeinated component is a pulped natural, high-grown lot from 1200 meters with milk chocolate, raisin, and roasted peanut character. Both are Rain Forest Alliance certified. Together they create a cup with half the caffeine and none of the compromise.
