WHY WE LOVE ITWhere our previous Ethiopia was bright and berry-forward, this one is warm and deep. Dried cherry and molasses give it a richness that holds up beautifully as it cools. The natural sundried process brings a sweetness you can taste in every sip. Decaf that drinks like a deliberate choice, not a consolation.

I've been a longtime Roaster's Reserve member, where Eric and Carol hand-select the coffees I receive each month. I love the element of surprise and discovering something new!
Over the years, I've received the Ethiopia Guji a few times, and to be honest, it wasn't one of my favorites. I typically brew pour-over coffee in the mornings, and I found it a little too bright and fruity for my personal taste.
However, when Talking Crow shared their Cold Brew Guide on social media, I reached out to Carol. She suggested that Ethiopia Guji makes an incredible cold brew—and wow, was she right!
I gave it a try, and it completely changed my opinion of this coffee. Brewing it as a cold brew brought out flavors I absolutely loved, and it's now my favorite way to enjoy Ethiopia Guji. I'm so grateful that Carol took the time to offer a different brewing suggestion. It turned a coffee I wasn't sure about into one I genuinely look forward to drinking.

I recommend to pour over friends! Unbelievable true flavors of Ethiopian sourced beans, roasted to perfection. Not easy to do with swp decaf! Very little swp smell (plastic dollhead and soap!)

This is a delicious brew! I could taste the blackberry and the chocolate—delightful with some squares of dark chocolate 😍 Don’t know how I lived my evenings before 2023 without Talking Crow but I am so very happy to have discovered it while visiting NW Arkansas!

As a gal who likes to roast her own coffee, I surrendered to those who know best with decaf- You won't find a better Ethiopian Decaf this side of the cup! Love Talking Crow coffee!

Roast level is a little dark to bring out the fruity flavors I normally associate with Ethiopian. Very good for a decaf

I'm totally in love with the aroma, taste and look of this decaf. coffee. I have never had a better coffee in my life. And I'm an old crow who's tasted a lot of different coffees in my life time. Enjoying a cup of this coffee is my happy place. In summer time iced coffee on a hot day is the best. In winter a splash of Baily's Irish Cream to warm my bones. I'm very grateful I found a decaf. that checks all the boxes for becoming one of my favorite things. Such a wonderful treat!

I've been buying Talking Crow coffee since the beginning! I am so thankful to have a clean, excellent tasting decaf! I brew at home in an espresso machine and the taste is wonderful. Might I say, better than any coffee shop I've been to. While I highly recommend any of the decaf choices, the Ethiopia is my favorite. Eric and Carol ensure the quality of their coffee beans and roast with extreme care. Give it a try, you'll be glad you did!
