What Defines This Coffee

ORIGIN STORY

Starts with our single-origin Brazil and ages the green beans for several weeks in retired American white oak charred whiskey barrels from Fox Trail Distillery in the Ozarks. The nutty Brazilian base absorbs the classic sweetness, subtle spice, and malt of the bourbon, building a layered profile that works beautifully hot or cold (cold brew brings out even more flavor).

What I like is the flavor from the bean absorbed from the barrels and not added oils or dusting of spices to make it a flavored coffee. The only flavor coffee that doesn't tear up my stomach and tastes GREAT!! Fantastic!!

I’ve tried many different barrel aged coffees before, I’m a coffee AND whiskey nerd. The barrel aging is usually too heavy handed and off putting. I really enjoyed the balance on this product. The whiskey hits were there while still Vance’s amongst a solid coffee roast profile. Very well done.
