Vanilla, dark chocolate, oak, nutty, spice on top of a creamy Brazilian base — the same Ozarks collaboration, no Swiss Water needed. Aged in retired Fox Trail Distillery bourbon barrels, roasted to a medium to best present the vanilla and oak. Brew hot or cold — cold brew reveals even more flavor.

What Defines This Coffee
ORIGIN STORYThe caffeinated version of our beloved Decaf Whiskey Barrel Aged. Green beans from our single-origin Brazil are aged for several weeks in retired American white oak charred whiskey barrels from Fox Trail Distillery in the Ozarks. The nutty Brazilian notes pair naturally with the sweet, spice, and malt character of the bourbon, building a layered profile unlike anything else we roast.
