What we love about Regular Brazil Cerrado:

Milk chocolate, raisin, roasted peanuts — smooth, sweet, and grounding. Brazil's hot, rainy summers and cool, dry winters create the ideal climate for this naturally processed Cerrado. Medium body, medium acidity, and a creamy finish that makes it endlessly drinkable.

What Defines This Coffee

From Brazil's Cerrado region, where hot rainy summers and cool dry winters produce the ideal environment for high-end Arabica. Most Brazilian coffees are naturally processed — the outer skin and pulp left on during drying — which imparts a distinct sweetness and smooth body. This lot is grown at 1200 meters with varietals that have been cultivated in Brazil for generations.
