The San Marcos region is not only the warmest growing region in Guatemala, it's also often the rainiest with rich volcanic soils making for a distinct profile:  characteristic acitidy, with consistent and well-defined body. 

Entre Rios was founded in 2010, with the mission to support its 33 farmer members with excellent management and increased transparency.

Coffees are dried on patios for 7-10 days, and fermented in tanks for 24-36 hours.  Each of the 1.5 hectare lots are shaded by avocado, banana, and Chalum and Tepemiste trees.

Swiss Water Process Decaf

Growing Altitude: 1400 meters above sea level

Arabica Varietal: Bourbon, Catimor, Sarchimor

Harvest Period:  December - April

Milling Process: Washed

Aroma: Sweet, slight citrus

Body: Round

Acidity: Sweet - slight orange-like acidity

Flavor: Apple, brown sugar, golden raisin, hazelnut, and toffee
