This coffee blend from Brazil, Guatemala, and El Salvador has a rich and complex cup profile that balances sweetness, body, and acidity.

 

Swiss Water Process Decaf

Acidity: Medium/balanced

Aroma: Nutty, sweet

Body: Rich/Creamy 

Milling Process: Natural, washed, 

Tasting Notes :  Chocolate, roasted almonds, candied pecans, cinnamon, slight orange, blueberry, 

Roast Level:  Medium-Dark

The natural processed Brazilian Coffee from the Varginha region located in the southern region of Minas Gerais, has a low acidity and full body. It provides a rich, chocolatey base with subtle nutty undertones that can be reminiscent of roasted almonds and adds a smooth and creamy texture.

 

The fully washed Guatemala coffee from Huehuetenango is celebrated for its bright acidity and fruity flavors. It has a sugar-browning sweetness that’s detected in flavor notes of baker’s chocolate, candied pecans and slight cinnamon. A hint of citrus complements the sweetness of the Brazilian beans.

 

The washed beans from El Salvador in the Apaneca region are produced by the Silva family and Beneficio San Victor. It has medium acidity and a balanced, multifaceted flavor profile of blueberry, brown sugar, and toast.

Superb Coffee, Superb Experience

I was on the Swiss Water Process site and came across this coffee. I made an order and very quickly, within a couple of days, received my Ozark Goodness bag of coffee. Strong, full bodied aroma, and the coffee is absolutely the best decaf I have ever tasted, and actually some of the best coffee I have ever tasted, caffeinated or decaf. The packaging was wonderful, with very helpful guides to brewing a great cup. All in all, an excellent experience. It has opened up a whole new world for me, who had been resigned to compromise coffee in the form of decaf because of a heart condition. This stuff is literally as good as coffee gets, and I consider myself a connoisseur. Thank you for making it possible!
