The idea of Coffee Blossom Honey all began with Jorge Mendez and his coffee farm Finca El Apiario in the Huehuetenango region of Guatemala. 

This is honey from bees who drink the nectar of the "coffee blossoms" on his farm.

This honey is big and round, with a brown sugary sweetness, peach and citrus, and slight vanilla undertones.  

Each jar is 12 oz / 340g
