CESMACH, is an organization of farmers producing organic, fair trade, high altitude and specialty coffee, located in the buffer zone of the Biosphere Reserve "El Triunfo", south of the state of Chiapas, Mexico. Founded in 1994.
The organization is made up of 619 small producers. In 25 years of operation, CESMACH has positioned itself as a company that has organic production and fair trade certifications. This coffee is also shade grown.
