Over the years, I've received the Ethiopia Guji a few times, and to be honest, it wasn't one of my favorites. I typically brew pour-over coffee in the mornings, and I found it a little too bright and fruity for my personal taste.
However, when Talking Crow shared their Cold Brew Guide on social media, I reached out to Carol. She suggested that Ethiopia Guji makes an incredible cold brew—and wow, was she right!
I gave it a try, and it completely changed my opinion of this coffee. Brewing it as a cold brew brought out flavors I absolutely loved, and it's now my favorite way to enjoy Ethiopia Guji. I'm so grateful that Carol took the time to offer a different brewing suggestion. It turned a coffee I wasn't sure about into one I genuinely look forward to drinking.
