A fruit-forward, invitingly complex organic and shade grown Yirgacheffe cup. This coffee leads with notes of citrus and berries, has a crisp, lightly syrupy body. Processed by the natural method (coffees cherries dried in the whole fruit), the cup emphasizes fruity tones with medium acidity.

Acidity: Medium

Aroma: Sweet

Body: Medium to Syrupy

Milling Process: Natural

Tasting Notes:  Strawberry, Honey, Blackberry, Floral, Green Tea, Jasmine

Special Features:  Fair Trade Organic, Shade Grown

The growing altitude for this heirloom varietal is 1900-2000 meters above sea level. The harvest period is November - January.
